Andy covers the territory of the West Central & Western Wisconsin AFL-CIO Central Labor Councils

The role of the Service Area Organizer (SAO) is to assist Labor Councils and local unions to develop better communication and mobilization programs to help working people strengthen their political, legislative and organizing capacity across the state.

Per the bylaws of the WWAFLCIO, the SAO assigned to the WWAFLCIO’s region is a non-voting ex-officio delegate of the WWAFLCIO.
